Bailey Bystry

Operations Manager

Prior to joining NCP in 2022, Bailey worked at a lauded transitional housing program where she was the primary author of a year-long data analysis of client satisfaction and its resulting inaugural annual report. In 2019, she received a B.A. in International Affairs and Economics from the George Washington University where she focused on political and economic geography, including authoring her thesis on public space, visible identity, and its governance.

Bailey lives in Ridgewood, Queens, where she is a member of her neighborhood tenants union.
