Myung Lee

Myung Lee is the Chief Strategy Officer at Living Cities where she leads efforts to close the racial wealth gap by shaping how capital flows and forging partnerships that expand opportunity. Prior to Living Cities, Myung served as the CEO of Volunteers of America-Greater NY, steering one of the city’s oldest and most complex human services organizations, and as the Founding Executive Director of Cities of Service where she launched and scaled a global nonprofit from the ground up. Myung has also led New York City’s Early Care and Education Division at the Administration for Children’s Services, overseeing one of the largest publicly funded childcare systems in the country, and also played an early role in establishing AmeriCorps at the federal level. She holds a B.A. from Binghamton University and a J.D. from Georgetown Law.
